Challenge Prompt

A real estate marketing company is lacking a synergy between their corporate website and their social media presence, specifically Instagram. The scope of work is to revamp and add consistency to their social media platforms. The task is to create nine different social media posts, two of which are to be non static pieces. The posts can be lifestyle related, project related, real estate industry related, Toronto centric, or specific landmarks locations of areas they have projects in. 

Process

  1. Researching various real estate magazines such as the Condo Life Magazine and New Home + Condo Guide to gain an understanding of how the real estate industries market their products and services.

  2. Researching various competitors’ social media to help form ideas that might help this company boost their online presence – seeing what works and possibly thinking of new ways that might work with an audience.
